Simple, fresh ingredients skillfully combined by the passionate hands of a world-class BBQ team, artfully plated (with heaps of napkins on the side), and served with a unique, hand-crafted beer to orchestrate symphonic flavors which ignite the palate.
Food & Fire is a hometown stomping ground designed with the “BBQ & Beer” lover in mind.
Dan, Jeff, and Jose saw an opportunity in Binghamton. They loved authentic BBQ and craft beer. But if they really wanted the good stuff – they had to travel out of the area to get it.
It was an easy decision: join forces to give Binghamtonians what they were aching for— authentic BBQ, cooked “low and slow” and paired up with an array of unique sides, appetizers, and of course, drinks.
Dan’s passion has always been the food – pat his belly if you don’t believe us! He travelled to different cooking competitions, studied great BBQ from around the world, and met with other food professionals during his travels. It made sense to pair up with Jeff. With years of professional, big-box restaurant experience, his involvement was vital in ensuring great restaurant operations, as well as fulfilling their dreams of expansion. Jose’s expertise in business management was the sauce on the pork. No, the head on the beer. No, the bacon wrapped around the pepper. You know what we mean!
The three friends were united and ready to fill the Binghamton BBQ void by sticking to their vision: Great food made with high quality ingredients paired with the best craft beers, all served by the most attentive servers in an energetic, vibrant atmosphere.
They were right – great BBQ brings people together, so to share it with even more people, naturally the business had to expand. After filling Binghamton-area bellies for nearly five years, it was time to open another restaurant. Food & Fire II has recently opened its doors in Moosic, PA designed to much fanfare, hosting over 48 craft beers on tap, custom-made equipment including two smokers, and featuring murals and artwork from NEPA artists.
Dan, Jeff, Jose, and all the staff welcome you to both locations as they would to their homes. Sit back, put that napkin under your chin (or don’t…we won’t judge,) bring on the homemade sauces, and enjoy the flavors designed to keep a community together, thriving, and full!!
Welcome to Food and Fire.
