*About Our BBQ 

Our BBQ is cooked at very low temperatures, smoked with a combination of house-made rubs and both hickory and cherry woods. It is natural for fully-cooked poultry that has been smoked to be pink or even red in color, especially near the bone. All our BBQ’d meats are prepared and served at lower temperatures.
